Most teams deal with the same issues we do year in year out.

Trent Dilfer: "Tony [Romo] has greatness in him. I think when you talk to other people that really play the quarterback position, there's a few guys that really have incredible greatness in them, and Tony is one of them. I think the issue here is he needs more help from his teammates. I think they are not nearly as talented as people say they are, from 1 to 53. I'm talking about the total roster.”

From the way Jerry and Stephan sound they dont seem to be thinking the cap will be as much of a problem as media and fans think. And if they arent as worried why is everybody else? Im sure they know more about it then we do.

I think the moral of the story is that restructuring deals in 2013 is not going to crush us in 2014 and beyond

It's been reported by Todd Archer that 2015,16 and 17 is going to be an issue with the cap for Dallas...you can restructure contracts but at some point you're going to have to pay the piper with regards to the Cap.

Every year it's the same "we are in cap hell", if we don't fix it now, we will have to deal with it down the road.

It's all a shell game. They will keep who they want and sign who they want. A lot of times it's the wrong decision and thus we are 8-8, but it's never because of money.

Think about all the years the fans here were waitingon the Skins to hit cap hell and every year they eek out and sign big name FA. Though this year a 18mill is going to be tough to get out behind of but I am sure the skins will figure it out just like Dallas will.
For those of you that were "offended" by last 2 sigs this one is for you.

We have 11 players signed for 2017, 19 for 2016. That's just crazy talk.

I love that people on this board continue to say "but so and so said" when you have actual facts laid out for you in the thread. Actual numbers that make it clear that Archer has no idea what he is talking about. Facts matter.

xwalker -- I wanna say that I appreciate what you do here.

Over and over presenting actual data. Actual information. It is a shame that it falls on deaf ears. It is a shame that people ignore facts.

The point is about how much commitment the Cowboys have in guaranteed money.
