I think Glover is a better fit than Ellis in the 3-4 at End. Other than that, I am HOPING Burnett beats out Singleton at some point. Oh, and keep an eye on the new UDFA Goolsby out of Notre Dame. Typical Parcells player. I love that pick up

Aaron Glenn is far more valuable as a nickel cornerback.

I don't see Glenn at FS, he's too small.

Glenn will not be a FS...but will be just as valuable as a nickel and backup cb. By the way, you might want to take Hunter out of that equation completely. I don't see him around too much longer if he continues to have the me-first attitude.

I don't think Ware will be the dime LB. Spears will probably move inside, taking Ferg's spot and Ware will rush at end. Then one of the faster linebackers will cover -- Dat or Burnett, probably.
In the 4-3, I'd have Spears on the strong side and move Ellis to the weak side. Spears at 290 has about 20 pounds on Ellis and Ellis would be more effective rushing in space.
Burnett could easily beat out James in the 3-4. Also, if Canty is healthy and eating up OTs, expect a rotation along the line. Spears and Canty would be the elephant ends, Spears and Ellis the starting ends, and any one of Ellis, Ogbogu and Ware as the rushing ends. I expect Ferg to be pulled on 3rd down, and either Carson given some time or Spears moved inside to rush at tackle.
In the 3-4 on 3rd and 6 or more, I expect that Glover will play NT.
Just my feelings on this, esp. after hearing the Parcells chat on DC.com.
David.

Better chance that Beriault is our starting FS than Aaron Glenn. Glenn is a small for a corner, so the thought of him at FS can be thrown out the window.
I also hope that Burnett comes into camp and wins a starting spot. He is a very athletic LB, ran a 4.57, and has good size.
Hopefully having a CB such as Henry will let Roy be himself and cause Havoc.

Take spears out, replace with Ware. Move Burnett outside to take the place of Ware. Singleton has to fight to keep his job. Again, Davis plays free safety.

We play a lot more nickle than dime, but see my above changes to your 4-3. Also, no way does Ware play in this situation - Burnett hopefully takes that role, much better in coverage.
I prefer to interchange Hunter and Frazier and put Davis at FS, still.

Aaron Glenn should be penciled in as the 2nd CB opposite Newman, and Henry will be moved to FS. Remember Henry's rookie year when he had 10 INT's? Guess what position he played that year?? LOL...I love this offseason. BP is a certified genius.

Also, Burnett will probably play over Singleton in both sets...but at least over James...I don't think you realize how big of a talent he is.

Burnett will move inside and play over guard in the 3-4. He is a little bigger than I originally though, but he is still an inside guy.
Actually, I talked to a guy I know who goes to TN, he said he always believed that Burnett should play middle and that he was moved out because of line injuries.

Meh. I see things wrong with this. Glenn isn't a FS and Ware can't play dime LB.
Burnett beats out Al Singleton and Bradie James. Easy. Bradie was a 4th rounder who didn't show anything. Singleton is a spare limited LB. Burnett is a first round talent that was taken early in the 2nd with huge potential. He will beat out Brady James and Singleton easily.
Here are my Defenses:
3-4

NT - Fergunson
DE - Spears
OLB - Burnett
