Default RB Steven Jackson "Likely" to Sign with Green Bay

http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/1663/steven-jackson

"Citing a source who spoke to the Rams, Bill Huber of Packer Report reports that free agent Steven Jackson will 'likely' sign with Green Bay."

Not sure how credible this is. Would be a great signing by Green Bay though. Great fit for both parties. Guy is still one of the best backs in the league.

Good. I thought that would be a nice fit and look forward to watching it since I'm stuck watching Packer games living in WI.

Packers seem determined to run the ball more this year.

Anyone at VR paying attention?

They need to take some pressure off of Rodgers -- he is getting murdered back there.

That traded netted us the M.Spears,Julius and Sean Ryan.

Although you could make a case it actually landed us D.Ware because Parcells was hellbent on selecting Spears at 11, and was talked out of it due to being able to take Spears 9 picks later.

We needed a RB and when SJ fell to us I was so excited. Then we traded down and nabbed Julius and the rest is history.

I think we all share the same sentiment. But, I read somewhere that Jerry was going to pick Kevin Jones out of VT over Jackson anyways.. typical.
