Singleton's base salary for 2005 has always been $1.650.000. I've never seen anything else....

1.65 base with a 625K prorated SB. Total 2005 cap number, $2.275. Cost of cutting him: $1.25 million pre June 1, $625K post June 1.
On another note, does anybody have a good source of roster bonus info? USA Today has a good salary database, but it is a year behind.

I have done this in the past - no source that I know of. Miguel at Patsfans.com is the best at this - he posts his stuff to the public. Adam is good but he does it in a mannor that few could ever "question" him. I think this board should mirror Miguel and have a living cap topic with detail. Just a thought

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Anyone can question me whenever they want -- as you just did. It's not like people don't know where to find me.
And Singleton's base salary for this season has always been $1.65 million.

There's nothing available to the public. What information did you want?

Adam out of the bubble players on the roster now who is expendable that would free up the most cap space? Like 90 Ogbogu, Eric, Al Singleton, Or any other you can think of?
Do you expect us to try and redo or extend Larry allen or Flozel adams this year? Or would it be better to wait until a new CBA is reached so the SB can be prorated longer?

Adam One last thing If Rickey comes back to play this year how will that affect the dolphins salary cap? Did they get any of his bonus back in the cap this year after they won the lawsuit to recoup it? if so won't that come back out if he plays? and his salary isn't counted againt them now where will that put them July 1 if he comes back could it actually cause them more trouble than he's already caused them I mean could they actually go over the cap in a case like this? if so what would the NFL do?

Ogbogu won't free up much, since he's making only $540,000. The two backup-type guys making the most in base salary are Singleton ($1.65 million) and Jeff Robinson ($1.1 million). Robinson might be asked to take a pay cut, if any of the snappers we signed manage to challenge him.

I wouldn't renegotiate either of them right now, since we certainly don't need to create more cap room, and because of the CBA.

TYVM
I was thinking Robinson might be out of a job here 1.1 is a lot for a long snapper IMO but who knows?

That is what I figured. I would like specific contract details for pretty much all Cowboys players. Roster bonuses, signing bonuses, workout bonuses, etc. The info needed so I can figure out the team's cap. Salaries are easy to find.
I appreciate all the info you provide to us, it is great. However, I hate to lean on you for questions because I am sure you get hammered with them.
Does the media get releases with salary info?
