Just played Halo 2 with Matt Tarullo - Dallas Cowboys Forum

I was on Xbox Live playing Halo 2 and I was talking with this guy who has been on my "friends list" for a while and it turns out it was rookie FA OL from Syracuse Matt Tarullo. Pretty crazy. I didn't get to talk to him too much because it was a 16 player game with lots of guys talking at once, but he answered a couple of questions. He seemed like a nice guy. He said he didn't realize how short Julius Jones was and that Flozell is enormous. He said Rivera and Bledsoe were very nice, cool guys. He said Vollers is an absolute jerk. He said Tyson Walter's wrist is F'd up and it looks nasty. He said that Walter just looks kind of fat because he hasn't been able to work out. Hopefully, I'll see him on Live again soon and try to get more info. Oh, I asked him who looked good at RT and he just said that it's hard to say and that it's a wide open competition. My gamertag is Freakasaurus if anybody else is on Xbox Live and wants to play Halo 2 and BS about the Cowboys.

Vollers is a jerk huh? Doesn't really seem like a guy who would be one to me.

Could be that he really is a jerk or it could just be a personality conflict. Some people just don't get along no matter that they are both actually pretty nice people apart from each other.

BTW...cool that you have a contact like that. I've actually made a couple of real good friends in real life that I originally meet through an on-line game.

From what I've read they do have off tomorrow. Then start the on field teaching on Tuesday.

As far as whether Tarullo or Vollers is the jerk - who knows? I have to say that Tarullo came across as a good guy without a chip on his shoulder, but you never know. I just wish I was talking someone that actually has a good shot at making the team. I'm pulling for the guy now!

U never know. And Parcells has a knack for picking the right guys esp on the OL. Maybe he'll make the PS.
