BZ - In 2003 camp who did you advocate to start? QC or Hutch?

Don't pull a fence sitting answer either.

Carter flat out beat out Hutchinson.

You could argue the Hensonites are the same clan as the Hutchers WITH YOUR LOGIC on QC/Romo.

Bledsoe is our STARTER! This is a trivial backup debate in 2005.

If it's not caring over why are you calling those hoping Henson pans out Hensonites?

I'm not seeing thread after thread about Henson.

Why is that? Henson is what he is - very unpersonable, a pedigree kid with the golden spoon. He's quit baseball and is now here playing football.

Why DO Romo threads fly? He's a golfer, a competitor, has a swagger, underdog, Moxie and intangibles. Fact is he's more likeable than Henson.

Henson has almost has no personality?

You dodged the QC/hutch question in 2003 camp. Who were you advocating to start then?

You did not ask a question for me to dodge.

I did not think either were the answer, but in a lesser of two evils I prefered Hutchinson.

I'd say neither side won.

Carter's issues not only killed his career it likely lead to Hutchinson playing too soon in 2002, which hurt Hutchinson's chances as well.

Carter started in 2003 and has no job as of today, while Hutchinson is the back up in Chicago, so who can truely claim they were correct?

I'd say it's mostly because you start 99% of all of the Romo threads.

Everyone has potential.

When Drew came out people predicted he would be the first overall pick.

Quincy was taken in the second (or third?) round. Even then people say he was taken too high.

Do the math.

Nors, we haven't even seen enough of these kids on the boob tube to know anything about their personalities. Tony wrote those journals for the DMN last offseason and came off like a sweet kid, but I don't recall he was any Michael Irvin.

Likeability.. well, that's kinda subjective. I like the traits you claim Romo has, but to each his own.

Frankly they could both have the dispositions of dead fish, but as long as they can complete passes (to the right side), I guess most of us won't feel the need to run any personality polls.

And you're much too enamoured of this golf thing, imho.

Personailty wise Romo far outshines Henson in everything I have read. Golf? Funny many on this board were killing Romo for his golf as if he was neglecting football duties.

I played High school football and a tad College (CCSU) was nationally ranked in track and an avid golfer. All that aside - Golfers need a competitive and focus side. I see Romo's skills on the linx a clear sign he can run an NFL offense.

Henson the baseball player many years removed? I dunno?

Well this one does intrigue me.
