Would you rather...
lets say the eagles don't trade up to grab Shawn Andrews in the 04' Draft. What do you do?
1) take andrews in the 1st and julius in the 2nd or 2) trade down like we did and grab julius + 1st rounder in 05' (spears) Andrews and Julius or Julius and Spears |

both unproven. A DE is a cornerstone to a team unlike a RG would be.

Andrews might not be a RG for the Cowboys... the Eagles just put him there... he could probably play RT...
But, I'd still rather have Spears... |

Spears for me. He is going to be terrific for us.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray, Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8. |
