Nice topic.
 I would say the one "bad guy" I couldn't hate was Don Corleone. The man killed people like it was nobody's business but gave off a sense of family values stronger than any ultra-conservative Republican.  |

Any villain in any Bruce Willis or Stallone flick - because they are always more charmismatic than those two stiffs.
I can't recall the names, but John Lithgow (makes an excellent villain) was one..in some outdoorsy SS film, and Jeremy Irons another - in one of those Die Hard movies. |
