Default Funny how quick this board's mood has changed

i think we were all pissed when bill & jerry passed on s. jackson, but now we've got a rb that can possibly be the next coming of emmitt (at least to those that saw the espn highlights) and a chance to get smiley or a solid cb opposite newman.

starting to look like a typical bp draft. nothing specatular but solid all throughout.

Please don't include me in "we". There were a few of us that didn't throw a tantrum when we traded down.

Just watch J. Jones put up better numbers than Jackson.

Come on guys..... He isnt the second comming of Emmitt. The only things they have in common is their height and number, thats it. He could be good, but lets not compare him to Emmitt. Thats like saying we passed on Eric Dickerson, Jim Brown when we didnt draft Jackson

Smiley is gone and J.Jones fumbles too damn much to be the next Emmitt.

second coming of Emmitt may be a bit much, but is wayyyy better than Hambrick.

Hey if w can get Thomas or Starks with the next pick I'll be fat and happy

You're confusing Tatum Bell with J. Jones--completely understandable.

i haven't seen enough of j.jones to say he is the next emmitt but a lot of folks seem to be psyched about the guy. i would've picked smiley myself.

just the fact that we have someone other than hambrick to run the ball next season is enough for me. now if we can only get poole...

No doubt he will. Jackson is a backup now in St.Louis. Who does JJ have to beat out here in Dallas? Any back drafted this year would put up better numbers in Dallas than in St.Louis......unless Faulk is hurt of course.

Don't include me in the good mood crowd

JJ sucks when compard to either SJ or KJ- Percells thinks he's a god & has an eye for talent when over the years he's an average drafter at best-they just tried to get too cute and then tried to trade back up but got screwed
