(WTNH, Sept. 13, 2005 9:40 AM ) _ Here's the latest information we have on ABC's special double-header coverage of Monday Night Football.

As of this moment here are our coverage plans:

News Channel 8 will carry the complete New York Giants / New Orleans Saints football game, starting at 7:30 P.m. on Monday, Sept. 19th.

ESPN's Sunday Night Football team of Mike Patrick, Joe Theismann, Paul Maguire and Suzy Kolber will call game.

At 9:00, News Channel will continue to carry Giants/Saints, and ESPN will televise the Washington Redskins/Dallas Cowboys from kickoff.

And end of the Giants/Saints game, News Channel 8 will show the Redskins/Cowboys game to its conclusion.

ESPN's plans could change, and could also involve ESPN2. We will update this page when we learn more about ESPN's plans.
Be excellent to each other....

i still don't know why they just don't play the whole NY/NO game on ESPN. seems like it would make it a lot easier.

That may mean the ABC station from Vermont I get may do the same thing and the Canadian ESPN affliate will probably show some stupid tennis or golf instead of the game. Just to tick me off. If that happens, I am qutting work and heading back to Texas and going to work for the competition.
