Default Mel Kiper on Kornheiser show - Dallas to Super Bowl!

Mel is picking games on Tony Kornheiser's show out of DC, and he likes the boys big this week, and thinks they could be "the surprise team" this year, and possibly challenge for Super Bowl!

Confusion is now rampant among hundreds of Cowboy message board posters.

They're sworn enemies of Mel Kiper ... they hate his schtick, his hair, his arrogance and the fact that he has their dream job. Yet, he predicts their team to do very well, possibly even reaching the Super Bowl.

What to do.

LOL

I actually like Kiper! For some reason the draft would not seem the same without him. He is not as good as he thinks he is, but I still like him for some reason, really dont know why.

True.

He was saying that he loved their offseason, and that Parcells worries more about games after thanksgiving, and that this team will only get better. He said Parcells realizes that it is difficult for any team to play at a hig level for 16 weeks, and a road win in sept against a quality opponent is a huge plus.

Kiper is more knowledgable than most media guys, but it's true he thinks he knows more than he actually does.

Chalk it up to the spagetti finally sticking to the wall. Every media pundit makes wild prediction only hoping they come close. This seems like a wild theory, but it could happen. Remember baltimore and tampa bay were one year wonders, course we are sorta building for a long haul trip to lombardiville.

When you see turn arounds in Dallas, Greenbay, San Fran and Pitts, pple assume a great franchise it headed towards greatness. Thats what these franchises have in common, a general greatness the rest of the league cant match or maintain like these franchises could. Course todays NFL is so different from the Landry and Lombardi days of yore.
Step aside for the Cowboys from Hell!!!!!

Kiper's opinion of Dallas this year reflects our draft (after all, it's what he does). Other than that, we can't take him too seriously.

But....I like the way he's thinkin'.
