Default Thanksgiving Day

So, I am planning to make my way to Dallas during the Thanksgiving weekend. Obviously the game is the highlight of the trip.

However, I plan on spending Friday and Saturday in town. I am looking for a hotel that is relatively close to the stadium (although I don't mind driving a bit), but ideally I would like to be near some place with some night time entertainment. In other words, I don't want to spend a lot on a cab back to the hotel after enjoying a few Shiner Bocks. Any suggestions?

What about day time activities? I'll probably hit Dealey Plaza. Is Six Flags open that time of year? What are some other interesting activities in the area?

Thanks!

West End marketplace-day. Deep Ellum at night. I don't think Six flags is open at that time but could be wrong.
