Mick and Norm were just talking about a posible Trade between Detroit And Dallas for next Years Third, but it wouldn't happen until after JUNE 1 so the cap hit could be split up....

I don't think I really like that move. Unless they are going to be very agressive looking to pick up some free agents after june 1, I would prefer they take the entire cap hit this year and get it over with.

Yap, let's get the cap hit over with as soon as possible, especially since we have the cap room to do it now. Unless they think they have a shot at Law or some other player looking to be traded. I'd rather we got it over with now though.

Seeing we ate all of Galloway's deal I am all for splitting up LA's cap hit.

Next years draft could be a real dousy for us. Dallas would have the ammo to go up real high if Buffalo doesnt place us there already.

I think it would be 1 third rounder since we traded ours away to Houston for Drew Henson. Still not a bad start to next year's draft though.

Next year could be a big year, that's why I would prefer to get the hit out of the way this year. But I can't argue against splitting it too hard. Either way, I think they will be in decent shape.

I just don't want to see them well under the cap with this years roster and Allen eating any of the cap next year. that seems like a waste to me.

Next year could be huge. Drew ready to take the reins. A young line jelling. Throw in two first round picks and a ton of FA cap room.

Plus we will be pretty good this year too.
