Defense
Roy Williams
Terence Newman
Glover

Ellis

Offense
Flozell Adams
Lary Allen
Jason witten

Obviously, not all these players will make it(wed probably be 12-4 and ^ if they did)just post the ones you think might.

Well, QC has to be on that list for all the love he gets around here.

And if that is the case, put me down for Gurode.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that my boy Petey will surprise everyone and silence the doubters.

I like your list. Witten is probably the least likely.

SNAP!

Your limb just broke.

The only way he goes to the Pro Bowl is it he leads the league in INTs.

And that ain't gonna happen.

Hey, I am rooting for Pete, him being a VA boy and all, but I am realistic too.

Default My Pick

If Dat doesnt make it this year then there is something seriously wrong with the voting system.

It could happen. Teams will avoid Newman and throw at Hunter. He will get more chances to make plays. You will also see him on Moss and Owens and any other big #1 WR we face. We will roll coverage to Hunter and leave Newman alone on the #2 WR.

The question was might/can make the pro bowl

La'Roi Glover-(He's always there)
Terence Newman-(Should have made it as a rookie)
Marcellus Wiley-(He is the most talented DL on the roster)
Dat Nguyen-(Just missed last year)
Greg Ellis-(Wiley and the move to the weak could boost his sack total)
Bradie James-(If he beats out Coakley, he is a heck of a player)

Flozell Adams-(BP has been a great influence on Flo)
Larry Allen-(Being in shape, he will earn the selection this season)
Al Johnson-(If he is healthy, he could surprise with little competition in NFC)
Andre Gurode-(Has the physical ability to dominate, if he has the playbook down this year, look out)
Jason Witten-(Has Shockey type ability without the hype and Shockey has foot problems)
Antonio Bryant-(This is the year to shut everyone up, including himself)
Julius Jones-(Will get over 1,000, so he will have a shot)
****

I'd love to see it happen, but like someone already said, Hunter would have to lead the NFC in interceptions or be close to the top to get serious consideration as a first year starter.

Maybe Pete will flourish with offenses looking his way, I do believe he has a good shot at leading the team in thefts, but it's hard to make your first Pro Bowl without an utterly dominating campaign.

The Pro Bowl is a popularity contest, so there's something wrong with the system regardless, IMO.

It's nice to see Cowboys selected, but when it comes to determining which players were the best at their positions, I'll refer to the All-Pro team long before considering Pro Bowlers.

Nothing's perfect, but the All-Pro team is closer to the mark than the Pro Bowl teams are.

As for who should make the trip to Hawaii.

Offense:

LT Flozell Adams - Will emerge as a force under Parcells and Warhop
LG Larry Allen - A lock as long as his name is on the ballet
WR Keyshawn Johnson - If he leads the team in catches, a strong candidate
TE Jason Witten - Should become one of the few complete TEs in NFL this year

Defense:

DT La'Roi Glover - Continued production and rep make him a lock
SS Roy Williams - The one player the AFC doesn't want in the exhibition
CB Terence Newman - Nearly made it as a rookie and the Eagles vets are gone
LB Dat Nguyen - Steady production with a few more big plays will do the job

BLUE STORM RISING

Randal Williams will finally make use of his physical tools and tear the NFL apart.

I was actually being half serious. If he did get his act together then he has the tools to be a very good reciever. The chances of that happening though are slim at best.
