Hey....

Who's the new kid?

I'm liking the second one most. Ok...now, since you've entered into the ImageZone and posted your work, you have to explain how you did it.

Knowing you are kinda "old school" with Photoshop and all, I'm thinking you might have done it manually...which is amazing.

Looking again...I do like the second one very much.

Well done.
RIP Santiago

I'm real old-school when it comes to graphics I own Photoshop CS but I just don't like how it does several things .. call it set-in-my-ways .. so I use a program that's several years old and do everything manually *laughs*

I created a checkered board pattern, used it as a filler and filled in each block with a silver and blue gradient pattern which I created manually also. Then added a white layer with an opacity fade. Made the border and the shadow effect manually using a chrome gradient I created and the drawing tool.

Amazing...Truly amazing...and darn impressive...

In the old "evolution of man" drawings, you'd be the second or third one from the left...

Just kidding. Pretty cool to see how you created it. I'm a big analog fan. Technology should never replace imagination.

I love the grid look on things .. here is a couple of quick samples of your signature image.

This image simply adds a standard grid effect with a gradient in each square with the opacity lowered. Quickly thrown together of course.

This image does one of my favourite effects .. the 9 TV screen grid that you commonly see in stores and some sports bars.

I've only used the grid on a few sigs...this being the most recent....

Pretty cool look on the grids you added to my sig. I like both for different reasons but in each case, the grid adds depth.

Thie grids are way cool, but if I look too long at them I either get a seizure or start to detect some secret embedded code.
