Wow... I wonder if I used to be like that during my marriage...

The shortest sentence in the English language is "I am"
The longest sentence is... "I do"...

Goose should go back to the two Buf-Mia games last year. Bledsoe threw 3 INT's, NO TD's, and the Bills couldn't score an offensive touchdown in either game.

Now Williams retirement puts the Bills in the playoffs?

Actually the shortest sentence in the english language is "go". But why let the facts get in the way of the point you're trying to make?

Everytime a journalist makes comments that don't hail Dallas as the greatest team in the league at that moment, a thread like this starts and goes four or five pages.

Any board you visit, the same thread with the same hurt feelings will be evident.

He's a moron.

He has never liked us.

He should stick to the draft.

He uses any chance to take a shot at the Cowboys.

When Dallas is primed at some point in the future to win it all because they have the players to do so, you will read the columnist or journalist and see his perspective has changed and he lauds accolades on this team.

Then find the thread that professes the writer is one of the sharpest guys in the press.

If you followed the Cowboys in the early 90's and watched ESPN, you would have noted Mortenson was the one guy each year touting the Cowboys while the rest of the talking heads did not.

But now Mortenson makes comments about other teams and calls them as he sees them, and he is labeled as a Cowboy hater.

Just maybe we as fans shouldn't take what they say so literally.

Or...

Realize they may be right.

Vegas gives odds neither happens.
You've been weighed

You've been measured

And you've been found to be a casual fan

I tend to agree. And I don't necessarily buy into this big world wide Cowboys conspiracy.

I've heard Raider fans complaining about the same thing for 9 years now and the us against the world mentality seldom if ever results into Lombardy Trophy's.

That's why I like this move. It won't take away from Julius' carries if Julius proves he should be getting the majority of them. I'd rather see Jones fight for the job than have it handed to him just because we don't have anyone else at running back.

Good players steal reps away from others. We'll see just how good Julius is.
I can tell you he didnt feel Julius was that great and that BP made a huge mistake passing Jones/Jackson.

I am not sure how he can argue Jones isnt that good then argue he needs essentially all of the carries.

Jones is a fast slashing back who BP stated he selected because he saw him make more big plays on tape than any other college back. EG is almost the opposite of that at 235 pounds.

I dont see much difference in this then in any other lightning/thunder backfield.

I don't like Goose. I get quite a bit of him because he lives here in Austin.

But....his assesments are usually correct.

That plus the fact that Goose seems to have taken it personally that Dallas passed on Kevin Jones... he just can't get over it... the lust was apparent as he talked about him today during the report... I left that part out as it was regurge from every report he makes...
