Jenny Floyd asked the 1st question about Carter, but it was a male reporter (I am assuming Randy Galloway- I know his voice from his radio show) that asked if there was an open QB competition. Parcell respond with there is competiton at every position and he'll play the best player. Of course the male reporter responded that Quincy Carter had told him the QB competition wasn't open or something along those lines.

The male reporter added that Parcells had stated the QB postion was open, Parcells interjected "don't put words in my mouth". He was trying to stir it up by insinuating that Carter doesn't agree with the open Qb competition.
