This sucks. Newson was a good player in college and seemed to be doing well in camp. He'll catch on somewhere else.

I'd say either something was going on behind the scenes that we dont know about or perhaps they cut him because he cant play special teams...I think Middleton has some return ability

But this is only the 3rd day of TC, no?

And I'm surprised that they would bring Middleton back as well . . . . instead of giving some other WR a try.
