Is this a joke?
Leadership is getting someone to do what they don't want to do, to achieve what they want to achieve.

Unless your thread mention's TO, Rosenhaus or some rumor spotting Jerry in a plane in the same town as TO, these threads should be moved to the non TO message board.
I had an apartment and I had a neighbor, and whenever he would knock on my wall I knew he wanted me to turn my music down and that made me angry 'cause I like loud music... so when he knocked on the wall, I'd mess with his head. I'd say, "Go around! I cannot open the wall! I dunno if you have a doorknob on your side but over here there's nothin'. It's just flat."

Why would you talk that way about a cowboy legend?

Eric Williams left the Cowboys after the 2000 season. I can't recall whether or not he was released or his contract was simply up. He wasn't ready to stop playing, and joined the Ravens for the 2001 season, but only appeared in 5 games.
Eric Williams was on his way to a Hall of Fame career until he smashed up a Mercedes doing about 80 and wrecked his knees. He came back, but was never quite as dominating.

At least, that's what T.O. said about him...

Yeah, I remember like it was yesterday when he came back. TO drove him out to the practice field in a golf cart yelling, "Big E's back, Big E's back!"

...or was it Nate Newton?

It was actually TO that told Michael Strahan to "take his whooping like a man" when facing BigE.
