Default Dang

I thought the game would be on TV tonite. Nope, Utah and somebody else.

Man, sometimes I hate not living in TX.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

I'm lucky this week. Living in Chef territory the game is on the local CBS station. That is, until President Bush starts talking. They have already announced they will cut away from the game.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

I live in the Kansas City area, and if we can stop RB Priest Holmes, we should be able to do fairly well against the KC defense. Even though the Chief's WRs aren't anything to get too worried about, I have a feeling they'll go after "whomever" we line up opposite Newman all night long.

I live in Texas and they haven't shown any of the games locally. I've had to watch them on the NFL Channel just like every one else.

I do the next best thing - listen on the net and use live game tracking. It may not be the visual, but I'm getting the next best thing.

We used to get all the games in Amarillo including preseason but I guess not anymore. Sorry.
