being schooled by the Detroit Lions is the death knell for these guys and hopefully Zimmer. I've been hopeful that Parcells could "coach up" his coaches and make them better, but it's become painfully obvious that he only knows the basics and NEEDS a real OC and a real DC.

When Jerruh talks about making changes, I hope he's talking about coaches (and offensive linemen)
