After coming off a 15 point win, I learned that my GO to man, Sean Alexander is out, so for my moves this week, I dumped My bench defense to get deshaun foster. I also lose my bench kicker to get Muhsin Muhamad. I am feasting off the Panthers destruction!

Who should I start at RB and wr?

I wouldn't take the chance of Alexander not playing. Especially when you have DeShaun on the bench. He is still listed as questionable.

WR is tough with the ones you have. R. Williams should have a big game but he is still a rook so you never know. I am playing him this week.
I would use him and Muhsin.

You have a very good team. Especially at RB.

Sorry, I didn't read the paragraph, I just looked at the team.

You are obviously already going to use Foster and Griffin.

I have Alexander to and was able to pull off a trade and get Kevin Barlow in a trade for S.Moss. The rest of my roster looks like this.

WR I Bruce
WR C Chambers
WR C Johnson

K M Stover
D Dallas

I have really set myself up for some more trade options if I need to. I have never had a FF team that was this deep.
