If A. Peterson drops down to 10. Jerry should give the falcons a call.

I hope the guys putting us on WR in round 1 are correct...I love seeing that.
Meacham and Jarrett are my top two picks at WR...I have no faith in Gin, Jr. or Bowe unless it's round 2.

Sorry I'm too thrilled with any USC WR, I'd take Bowe and Meachem over Jarrett..

Not only no, but hell no. We don't need to be trading up to 10.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

What? That isn't a hard decision! Bye Bye legs...
I'm torn on who we should get in the draft. At our position, are we going to be able to get an immediate starter? I seriously doubt that. Especially considering we had the 18th pick last year and it didn't happen to start. Isn't it a great feeling to know however we have the starting talent that doesn't allow our rookies to start? It is a good problem to have.
Geeze, this draft has Peterson falling to number 12...only 4 spaces ahead of lynch. Maybe this would be a good year to do a bit of wealing and dealing to move up in the draft and catch one of those players that always seems to slide in the draft for one reason or another.
Of course with 10 picks, we could always throw em all against the wall to see what sticks. Can't be wrong on all 10 right? Is the draft here yet?

Taking Jarrret over Meechum (sp?) would be just dumb.
Jarret has Mike Williams written all over him, future bust IMO.

I wonder what Bowe would have been able to do if he'd had his eye surgery earlier.
They're both clearly better than Jarrett in my opinion, however.

Of course, I don't follow college ball like I used to, but I was also intrigued by these three wrs. After looking at all three players college careers, Jarrett's numbers are far and away better and more consistent then both Meachem and Bowe.
College gurus could you explain why this is? I am sure qbs, offensive systems have something to do with it, but just don't know about all the Meachem hype if he has only had one good season from the look of his stats.

Jason Hill is my favorite by far. (aside from Calvin Johnson)
And he can be had in the 2nd, maybe 3rd.
He's gonna be nice and alot of teams are going to be kicking themselves for passing on him, IMO.

CB. If there is one worth a first left. Aaron Glenn does not have long and I am not impressed with Reeves and Jones.

I don't see any similarities between them at all. I don't remember seeing Jarret having any trouble getting open or beating people downfield.

Goo... I don't like the pick. I REALLY don't like the pick given who the next 5 players off the board are.
The next 5 picks after our pick are:
Dwayne Bowe
Anthony Spencer
Aaron Ross
Robert Meachum
Chris Houston
With the exception of Ross--who I am not sold on--I'd much, much, much rather have any of the guys selected in the 5 after us over Jarrett.
This draft would make me cry.
