Here's why we will win:
I like our D vs. their O better than their D vs. our O. Simple.
Thoughts?

We probably should win tonight. Doesnt mean we will, but we should win.
Our OL vs their front 4 is a big mismatch in our favor.
Our QB is playing better than their QB, and their guy is starting and playing through an injury.
They are missing the guy thats probably their best defensive player.
If it rains, it hurts our big advantage in the passing game some but also equalizes Clinton Portis' #1 trait, his ability to cutback. We should be able to contain him a little better if its sloppy.
If it stays dry I think we'll win something like 24-14...if the weather is bad and the field is a quagmire it'll be lowscoring, probably something like 14-10
we gotta eliminate turnovers though, or we will lose

Issues working against you guys:
1) Weather looking to be rainy in which case it is essentially your run game vs. our run game - sorry, I'm liking the Skins here
2) Home field advantage
3) Well coached team (finally) coming off of a dumb loss to a division rival - in other words, we will be hungry.
Here's to a Skins victory and no injuries on either team.

rain is not a hinderance to the passing game..... but, wind is. so, wind benefits the skins. rain doesn't hurt the cowboys.

We will win this game as long as the refs finally call a fair and even game. BP calling the leauge about the phamtom holding calls and to check about the PI rules when a QB is out of the pocket...is...well..A wakeup call to the leauge that we have been dogged...and want a fair game for a change.
Be excellent to each other....

Rain IS an issue for the passing game and you are vastly mistaken if you feel otherwise. Wet footballs, bad field conditions, under the lights with the rain coming down makes it hard to see the ball coming, etc..

It can also be a factor for RBs that rely on cutback ability.

I definitely realize that, and feel that Cartwright may see a good amount of playing time under these circumstances.
Of course Portis makes cuts on a regular basis and this may be an issue for him, but he can also beat player to the hole and get some solid runs on speed alone.

Also the turn over ration should come into play tonight with sloppy conditions.
I actually think the Passing game will benefit the offenses as he WRs may have trouble cutting, but if they have smooth routes it will be harder on the DBs to cut compared to the WRs.
Also the TEs may have a big role in tonights game.

The weather will effect both teams, even the home team
I am sure the idea is that since you have Portis you will have the advantage. If that is to be the case, you better hope he has a better game than that last one.
The fact is that rain has some effect on the passing game. It is not as bad as most would think. The officials keep the balls pretty dry, and it is possible to have a descent passing game in the rain. I do agree with mullet, the wind is the biggest issue in the rain.
I am confident we can put together a good run attack with Eddie George and Reshard Lee. As a matter of fact, I am hoping to see a break out game from Reshard.

Don't let the fact that we haven't ran alot mislead you.
We actually are averaging the same per carry, the difference is we can throw the ball too.
If this was anywhere but RFK, it would be a rout. As it stands it will be just a mild arse-kicking. Now assume the position.

Dallas hasnt run the ball alot because the running game hasnt been effective. Either to build a lead or hold on to one.
RFK ? hmmm...... Typical.
