Your right about that but sometimes his top prospects are not the same as what the NFL thinks.
The top prospects are no-brainers but Kiper puts the college production over the pro potential in a lot of cases and sometimes these college players do not translate to the NFL. No matter how much production they had at the college level the scouts in the NFL will lean more heavily on size and speed.
Just look at last year for example...Mario Williams was taken #1 overall.
