dude, the only way to tell if a player can, or cannot, add more weight, is to have their DNA sample, so I go by the rule of thumb that a tall prospect, who's still growing by the way, can add more weight to his frame, it's not a definite, but it's very possible
again, when looking at scouting reports, tall players are listed as having the ability to add more weight, and remember BIll not wanting to take top-heavy players because he said they tend to add more weight as they mature?
btw, Haley probably stayed at 250 to keep his speed
