I think this research supports the need for an OT at #22 if Joe Staley is there.
According to their research, tackle is one of the two safest picks in the first round.
Given Flozell Adams' current status, this team needs to address the LT position.
And while I hope McQuistan is capable, I'm not ready to be my (or Romo's) life on it.
I'd like to have a capable replacement waiting in the wings to take over in '08 and not have to worry about left tackle for the next 10 years.
