From my understanding Dallas has worked out a deal in principle with Howards agent and would be easy to complete the hang up is the Saints.... The deal is not done and t
he ADMIN at Scout.com seem to think the deal will be completed tonight or first thing in the morning......Of cource what do they know I don't think they have any inside info....
