If you are gonna buy hard tickets, the safest probable way of buying them would be to immediately list them for sale on the ticket exchange by the barcode, and then pay $1.95 each to print them online. This would void the hard tickets immediately and not allow them to be transferred and resold without you knowing.
Whether or not that's practical is another story. I don't know how often people get defrauded out of tickets.
