Rooney is right, they won't do anything until dire urgency forces them to. When the greediest of the greedy argue among themselves over how to divide your money, don't expect any of them to give up anything easily. We have two impasses here and that doesn't bode well for any kind of early settlement. Ol' Danny just may bail himself out of cap hell in 2007.
In the meantime, I plan to enjoy this year very much and next year, too. Parcells seems to be in a little bit more of a hurry, these days. Hmmm. To make things even more interesting, Parcells' contract expires after 2006 season. Hmmmmm, again.
