I don't think the smart money would be in Howard ending up in Dallas. According to Haslett, the Cowboys have never contacted the Saints about Howard and said "this is what we will give up for him." More or less, the Saints asked the Cowboys about trading Nguyen in which they weren't interested and remarked that they would like to have Howard on their team, but weren't interested in trading for him since he would be too expensive.
