As you may know I am the current Ms. Wheelchair South Dakota and I have been extremely busy these last two months as a titleholder. I did not know what I was getting into, but I must say it has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. As a titleholder though I need to raise money so I can go to the national pageant in Grand Rapids, MI this coming August. As my role as Ms. Wheelchair South Dakota I get to make appearances at so many wonderful organizations such as Special Olympics and Children’s Miracle Network to everything in between, but I do this for free. These appearances warm my heart to no end and it truly is life changing.
I get to meet so many wonderful people as Ms. Wheelchair South Dakota. This is where I ask you for help. My application fee to enter the national pageant is $1500. I also have the cost of a formal gown and my transportation costs. It is not easy for me to ask for money, but if you could find it in your generous hearts to donate whatever you could, I truly would appreciate it. My goal is to raise $1000. I have
