Hopefully with an improved pass rush from the front seven, without having to blitz the safeties over duly, this kid can set back and get the time to understand how the pro game unfolds. Really, I don't see anyone on the roster now who can play a traditional FS game or even do what Woody did, which was play half FS and SS. Davis still looks like he lacks FS instincts, Dixon will choose one correct angle out of 100 plays, Hunter is resistant to playing there and apparently ther is a stiff hip issue as well as an attitude one.

You sure know football, LTN. You're exactly right. This guy could really step in and see significant playing time.

He reminds me of a more physically talented Lynn Scott. He also reminds me of Considine out of Iowa, a popular pick for Dallas in a lot of Mocks.

he seems to have considerable athletic skills, if not pure speed... and if his head is as good as his write ups indicate, I don't know why we shouldn't expect him to at least compete.
