I agree that Parcells was not taking a shot at Zimmer. I listened to this live and figured on the postivie side that Parcells was setting the stage and deferring to a degree to his subordinate. Any manager knows you have to let the sub do his or her job, or, there is no need for the sub. I was impressed with the urgency in Parcells' voice and I thought he was merely stating the obvious that the franchise is beginning at ground zero as the 3-4 makes its appearance.
