Whoa, whoa, hold the horses. Parcells is a hell of a coach; he takes the players seriously. No way this equates with the psychopath that is Bobby Knight. This is like comparing Tom Delay to Saddam Hussein.
Parcells was only telling everyone that moving to the 3-4 is going to less than easy, and that the defensive coordinator has been tasked with learing the system. You would think Zimmer would be a heck of a lot better off if indeed he learned the 3-4. Big football players beat little football players. The 3-4 features big football players. Today, players are better athletes; like Tiger Woods in golf. Today you get people like Ware that could outrun Michael Irvin in his day. Anyway, this is much ado about nothing. I love Parcells and his touch on the Cowboy franchise is exactly what the doctor ordered.
