3. Nobody would ever throw deep passes...too high a risk. People like big plays, plain and simple. I love a defensive battle, but i also enjoy explosive offensive plays. If you take that away, you basically have a soccer game. Me personally i can't stand soccer...just too boring for me.

A ban on the stiff arm would help even things out for all the garbage rules that have gone against the D. So would my idea for Offensive P.I.
Really if people would like to see high score games go watch Arena Football there are all kinds of high score games there.
Im with Billy Bullocks. Go back to lettin the guys on Defense play the game. No need for a horsecollar tackle. And let CBs and DBs actually play the game.
I am all for the 4 new rules I thought of. They should be put in place. When they get rid of the idiotic rules they keep puttin on the D every year then they could get ridda these.
I just dont wanna see the NFL turn into a joke like the AFL is. And the NFL is headin that way real fast.
