I just got off the phone with DirectTV......Since I was previously a Pegasus customer (they contracted DTV) and had received NFL Sunday for about 4-5 years, DTV was going to charge me early bird price. I told her I wanted to talk to her supervisor. She put me on hold.....came back and said I would show up as early bird but she had just entered my $20.00 refund in her computer. Said she was sorry for the mistake! I told her that DTV should be ashamed for treating valued customers with such shabby disrespect. She seemed very embarrassed and apologized several times.....
I don't remember who started this thread but God Bless You.....you have saved a lot of people a lot of money.....this is the type thread that make the Cowboy Zone such a special place!
