Kirk Ferentz has put the Hawkeyes in contention for the past few years and has been coaching up players because he has not had outstanding recruiting classes.
He was on Belichicks staff prior to getting the Iowa job and will make a great NFL head coach, IMO.
But the next Cowboys coach is likely already on the staff in Payton or Zimmer.
