Which to me sounds like a desire to play. he says he wants to play corner but if he has to play FS he will. Key word here,
"Whatever" it takes to get on the field I'll do it". That sounds like it is a desire to play ball. It sounds to me like he's now willing to play anywhere he's needed.

Blind but I don't read more into it than is there. I'm not looking for something to knock the guy on heck we've all done that enough! He shows a willingness to play the position and you want to make something out of it. First get rid of him if he doesn't want to play FS and now that he says he'll do
"whatever" (there's that word again) it takes to get on the field your (not just you) wanting to make something out of that as well....Make up your minds already.....
