I recall Parcells stating it would no secret about who was winning the competition between Carter and Chad. Parcell's latest quote makes me believe he already has a solid idea about who the back-up is going to be and the play on the field will easily prove his point.

and again, it doesnt make any difference...nobody but Bledsoe is playing QB this yr unless he gets hurt anyway
Henson or Romo could be be 2 or 3 this yr and either could be the starter next yr
