I'll tell you what. I think it would be a good idea to start talking on other NFL teams message boards. We could organize a day where everybody and their mother calls into Direct TV customer service to complain about this ridiculous NFL Sunday ticket HD policy. This needs to stop!
I mean the owners have their exclusive club, the players have their association, and the fans should get together and say "This is it! We're not going to sit back and let Direct TV rob us blind just to watch HDTV." I mean, I've spent $5000 on an HD TV and accessories, $775 on replacement parts, $60+ every month on the programming package with HD, $1000 for the Direct TV HD DVR, $219 this year on NFL Sunday Ticket, and they know, I mean THEY KNOW I'm not going to stop short, having spent all that money, for a $100 additional fee. I truly can't. It would make the previous $7000 worthless to me.
That's the worst of it. Those guys are ridiculous!!! Like someone already said, HD is going to be the STANDARD!
