The talent is watered down but pass blocking schemes have improved infinitely. Look at the completion percentages over the years, they are steadily rising, as are qb ratings. Otto Graham was the premiere qb of his day and he was completing around 50 percent of his passes AND the browns were considered vastly ahead of every other teams pass blocking schemes with the innovations of paul brown. I could see deacon jones and some of those guys putting up numbers that rival white and strahan and those guys, because back then the game wasn't as cerebral as it is now.
