No, he'll go by the way they play in camp... but we're not talking about Parcells here, we're talking about guys like you, who are assuring us that Davis WILL win the starting job over Reese...
Of course, the only thing y'all have to judge the two players by is their body of work in the NFL, otherwise you're just spouting off with nothing to back up your OPINIONS...
And at this point in time, the only FACTS we have to make such a judgement is their body of work...

And you have a coach who dearly loves experience... that should tell a LOGICAL analyst that Reese will have an edge going into that competition... Izell has a reputation for not blowing assignments, for not making mistakes... meanwhile, if you'll remember, Parcells has said that what kept Davis off the field last year was his concern that he would make too many mistakes, miss too many assignments...

Nah, I just think that from the moment he signed with Dallas, he was the most ready-to-start free safety on the roster... like I said, I'm not ruling out the possibility Davis COULD ultimately win the starting job, I'm just saying that those of you telling us now that he WILL win the job don't have a single compelling reason to offer us as to why that will happen...

So once again, I ask you, what is your reasoning behind insisting that Davis will win the starting job over Izell Reese?? Why are you so certain that Reese was brought in to offer quality depth and nothing more??
