If you can't afford a ball club you should not buy one or in Rooney case it was passed down to him so it cost him nothing. Salary cap was put into place to give each team the same chances, Dallas can't spend any more than any other team. Personally I'm sick of hearing the Rooney family batch about the Cowboys and wanting others to help keep their team afloat, maybe if he got off his butt and worked hard at promoting his team as Jerry does he would not need to be asking for revenue sharing.
