Imagine what would of happened to this team if we had two complete drafts (16 picks) where only 7 of the players were still on the active roster just 6 and 7 years later!

I mean really, he gets too much credit. He totally tanked the 2006 and 2004 drafts. If it was not for his 2005 draft where truth be told he had to be talked into DeMarcus Ware and vocally wanted to take Spears with the same pick he took Ware with and hit on Witten in Newman his first year it would go down as the worst 4 year stretch in history.
