I have to disagree with you guys on Galloway. Yes, he sounds like a hick and doesn't try to hide that fact, but you can't judge a person's knowledge by his accent. It's also obvious that he doesn't put much effort into his columns anymore. But he's much better on the air. He knows a LOT of people in the business -- I'm talking about scouts and old players -- and gets lots of good info from them, even if he has to summarize their thoughts because they don't want to be quoted. He doesn't hold grudges and doesn't take things personally, which some younger reporters do at times (and even older ones -- see Dale Hansen).
And he's definitely not a Skip Bayless type who tries to stir up controversy. That's not where he's going with his Henson opinion at all -- it's just a simple belief of his that Parcells is not going to start Henson if he can help it. And I don't think that's such and an outrageous judgement, either.
