And I am praying the FO is taking this position, though I doubt it. Not to be a total contrarian, but I would hope the folks in that war room not have position at the top of their checklist. The acquisition of best possible talent should be of paramount importance. The good news is, the needs are many. This roster has gaping holes, so it shouldn't be an issue.
