The Chargers haven't made the playoffs the last few years. The only good team is Denver. Like I said its still way too early, he hasn't won a single playoff game in his career, and he has a far superior and more consistent supporting cast than Tony does. Ryan is clearly playing better than Romo as of right now. Even with the o-line struggles, it's fair to admit that Ryan is better this season.
