Online, I normally just go to ESPN.com for general sports news. Their layout is familiar to me so I can find whatever info I need quickly.
If I want anything in depth about a team, I go to a message board like this one.
As far as sports radio, I really only listen to The Ticket in Dallas. I live up here in Seattle now, but I just use the Ford Sync stuff and bluetooth my phone with my radio and stream it while I'm driving around.
