That looked like my Mom's computer at one time.
Every time she asked me to look at her computer and see why her internet was running slow I would find a couple of those on her browser, that and her apparent refusal to use anything but IE.
So she got tired of me telling her to stop installing tool bars. And of course that meant either paying attention to games she installs, screen savers or other programs she would install that had free tool bars with them.
On the IE front.
She had grown used to clicking on the IE icon that was on the quick launch bar. I deleted that one off and put a google chrome icon there. She now uses google chrome..she does not add the tool bars IF she downloads and installs stuff and magically her computer and internet runs so much better.
